This moody ring features a shimmering .67ct old European cut diamond, set into an intricate mounting that surrounds the stone with shadowy detail and drama. Eight slender prongs alternate with sensuous curls to hold the stone securely and especially low to the hand, providing visual interest from every angle. The shank of the ring is warm yellow gold, while the center holding the stone is topped with cool silver. A true beauty. Hard to date definitively, but we believe it to be ca.1900. 14K yellow gold and silver, current finger size 5.75.
