This sort of Edwardian platinum over gold tracery work usually comes to us in a grand scale, so we’re pleased to have found an example in a more modern, easy to wear size. Measuring just over 3/4” across, it still fits in a delightful geometric array of techniques, materials, and detail. A stylized diamond flower, with both rose cuts and bezel-set old European cuts, floats effortlessly in a halo of delicate pearls. This elegant and refined piece shows clear influences of Japanese design, and is a joy to wear. Platinum over 14k yellow gold with .25 total carats is antique diamonds. Chain sold separately.
