How do you tie such an elegant, supple, square knot out of thick strands of gold? We’re not sure what technique was used, but the result is a smooth and sensual ring in rose gold with a glittering diamond tucked happily into the center. The warmth of the rosy metal accentuates the shadowy recesses of the knot, and the old European cut diamond, while small, is delightfully glittery. Very low to the hand, and very comfortable to wear in 14k rose gold with a .10ct diamond, ca. 1900. Current finger size 11.
